Garam Masala

My butternut squash recipe was a hit at Thanksgiving. I used garam masala, an authentic spice from India, for the dish. Because I have such a unique spice at my disposal, I am wondering what other delicious and exotic dishes I can make with it. Any ideas before I turn to Google?

    I think it is in almost every Indian food dish? My favorite is Daal……..can you learn how to make it?

    I have not tried Daal. I have only really made curry dishes as far as Indian cuisine goes. I’ll have to look up a good recipe for that.
