Living alone, in a mouse house of an apartment in the East Village, I often cook dinner for myself. Although it’s sometimes easier to just order sushi, I often try to cook for myself and take the leftovers for lunch at work. My kitchen is quite small, but I manage to make some tasty treats from it’s diminutive quarters. I’ll be posting about my creations. Enjoy!
