Tammi's Teeny Tiny Kitchen: Kale Chips
Non-cooks think it’s silly to invest two hours’ work in two minutes’ enjoyment; but if cooking is evanescent, so is the ballet.- Julia Child
This is one of the easiest, tastiest , and quickest snacks that you can make for yourself. It doesn’t take any time at all and I ate the entire bowl straight from the oven. Quick and delicious!
From one of my favorite food blogs: Smitten Kitchen
1 bunch (about 6 ounces) kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
Preheat oven to 300°F. Rinse and dry the kale, then remove the stems and tough center ribs. Cut into large pieces, toss with olive oil in a bowl then sprinkle with salt. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp. Place baking sheet on a rack to cool.
