Spring Between

It’s that weird time of the seasons again where we’ve hit an in between. It’s warm enough for lighter layers, but too cold for bare legs and open toes. I’m feeling the need to wear cute little skirts and dresses but it’s just still too darn cold!  One clothing item that can carry you through this in between time is the maxi skirt. A personal favorite of mine (along with maxi dresses), a maxi skirt is light enough for warmer temperatures, yet covers enough to help keep your legs warm in those 60’s temps. Until it warms up, pairing your maxi skirt with low cut boots is a fantastic way to stay hippie chic and warm at the same time. Once it warms up, bring out those open toed wedges!

For your own safety and sanity, however, I recommend ordering from Forever 21 online, or going to the store on a weekday during the day. If you choose to ignore this advice and get trampled by the crowd…don’t say I didn’t warn you.
