Adventures Abroad – Hello From Paris and Paros!

Hi guys!

So it’s been a while since I’ve posted, and I have no real good excuse except for the fact that I’ve been preparing for summer and this photography trip to the wonderful place called Europe. A while ago I was sitting in a cafe in SoHo and realized that I really needed to get out and see a different part of the world. There’s so much more to it than just our city (however wonderful it is). So here I am sitting in a courtyard on the island Paros in Greece writing to you all!

Over the next few weeks I’ll be posting pictures from my travels, hopefully to inspire you all to get out and explore too. There really is nothing like immersing yourself in a new language and culture.

The game plan was to fly to Paris to visit a dear friend from high school for a few days first. That happened, and was even more fun than I had expected, especially since it was my first time there! I also had the great opportunity to hang out with one of our very own Dd Editors, Nicole. Next I went to Athens for a few days and now I am on Paros, one of the many beautiful Greek islands. After this, it’s off to Milan for a week or so then last stop, Portugal. The pictures I’ve included in this post are from our Parisian adventures, and there are more to come from Greece soon!
