{Dd} Short Short List 8/11-8/24
With its first-ever Digital Dance Festival, New York Live Arts takes dance performance into a whole new arena. Following the footsteps of artists like Radiohead who have released albums on the internet on a pay-what-you-wish, or what-you-think-it’s-worth, basis, NYLA presents online screenings of four performances from its previous season. Tickets must be purchased online, but, at any price you choose to pay, the performances are accessible to a much wider audience than ever before. It’s an exciting opportunity for both artists and audiences alike!
